14-Day Exchange Policy

At PlanetBazar.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Customers may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date their order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within this 14-day period.

Items received after the 14-day exchange period may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be returned with the original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories where applicable.
  • Not show signs of damage, washing, alteration, stains, odors, or excessive use.
  • Be in a condition suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet these requirements.

3. Size or Product Exchange

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an eligible product for another available size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or another appropriate resolution.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you with the exchange.

5. Exchange Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by PlanetBazar.com, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If the exchange is approved because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, PlanetBazar.com will provide appropriate instructions for the exchange.

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items may not be eligible for exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging where these are required.
  • Personalized or customized products, where applicable.
  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable.
  • Items returned after the 14-day exchange period.

7. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
  3. Provide photographs if requested.
  4. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  5. Send the eligible item according to the instructions provided.
  6. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange if it meets our policy requirements.
  7. The replacement item will then be shipped to you.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our customer support, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

8. Refunds

This policy is primarily an exchange policy. An exchange does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

If an approved exchange cannot be completed because the replacement product is unavailable, PlanetBazar.com may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund or store credit where applicable.

Any refund will be processed according to our applicable refund terms and the original payment method where available.

9. Important Note

The 14-day exchange period begins on the date the order is delivered to the customer.
